Systems Integration: Opticare (Amex: OPT):

With revenues over $100 million, Opticare is a company with very demanding requirements. Interlink currently provides advanced systems integration and B2B development services to Cohen Systems, Opticare's wholly owned electronic software subsidiary. Cohen Systems links optical companies together world-wide.

This advanced software allows optometrists and small optical outlets to offer clients' lenses and frames the next day by interfacing directly with optical/glass grinding labs. This revolutionary software offers clients of Cohen Systems a quick and efficient method of delivery while reducing operating costs.

Internet Services / System Integration: SturdyNet

SturdyNet, an ISP offers a unique low-cost, high-speed Internet access to a niche market of customers living in high-rise buildings. As an ISP SturdyNet's offering a full suite of home connectivity services to successfully compete with large tier-one suppliers such as Bell Sympatico and Rogers.

Interlink plays two major roles in the deployment of SturdyNet services.

• Development and maintenance of a network infrastructure and bandwidth management system.
• Offer low cost connectivity and dedicated Internet bandwidth.

IT Support Services: The Office Source

The Office Source is one of the fastest growing suppliers of corporate furnishings in the GTA. They require a network that is fast, reliable and virtually support free. To accomplish this Interlink developed and deployed a Linux based file server that services their Windows clients. The system is remotely monitored by Interlink staff and has been running with 100% uptime since it was deployed.

Internet Connectivity: Design Vision

Design Vision was involved in a pilot project to distribute video commercials to point-of-sale locations throughout the GTA. It was Interlink's task to provide the connectivity and specialized collocations servers that enabled Design Vision to regularly upload and broadcast updated video clips to the locations.

Internet Services – Connectivity: E.F. Walter Limited

E.F.Walter is a manufacturer with facilities in both Toronto and Montreal. During an audit of their infrastructure we discovered that their frame relay connection between Toronto and Montreal was grossly underutilized and therefore not a justifiable expenditure. We developed and deployed a secure WAN solution using DSL technology, which drastically reduced their inter-office operating costs and improved performance.

e-Business Services: Interactive Marketing Group

As North America's premier provider of tele-personals services, IMG has recently used the Internet to strengthen its already rapidly expanding market share. Interlink has been involved in the set-up and design of IMG's e-Business online transaction system, web site infrastructure, network security, and user interface template management systems. Wide Area Networking: Victoria County Board of Education:

This northern Ontario school board wanted to take its schools online. Their geographic area was lacking the highly developed telecommunications infrastructure of a large urban centre. In order to meet this objective it was Interlink's job to:

• Develop an advanced network infrastructure from the ground up to deliver their connectivity requirements
• Link each school in the surrounding area to the board office utilizing cutting edge internetworking technologies.

Internet Services: Dairy Farmers of Ontario

Through their web site Milk.org , DFO offers a variety of producer services. Milk producers simply log into the web site and get real time updates on milk testing and quality testing notices. Producers also use the site as a communication vehicle with other producers to make for better and safer milk products and for quota exchanges when certain producers have excess capacity for milk and vice versa.
